(LTechS) a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) 8(a), service-driven IT solutions company, today announces its acquisition of Veratech Services, LLC (Veratech), an innovative IT Staffing and Managed Solutions company. With this acquisition, LTechS further expands its staffing and services platform, particularly in the Washington, DC market bringing additional capabilities to its broad-based target market of federal government customers.

Veratech, founded in 2017 primarily supports the Federal and Commercial marketplace with highly skilled IT support. Veratech Services, LLC will move to new offices in Vienna, VA and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Lawelawe Technology Services, Inc. Veratech will pursue Federal contracts, both classified and unclassified on its own and in partnership with LTechS..
